and here is their story:
Nonnie and Joe were dating for a while. The one thing that Nonnie really wanted was a puppy, so when her birthday came along and Joe gave her a card with a photo of a Yorkie and an awesome bag – large enough to fit a puppy, she was super excited! How great was her disappointment when there wasn’t a puppy in the bag, not even a photo of a puppy that she was going to get. She searched the awesome bag and found no evidence of a dog, so she proceeded to read the card. May be there would be clues in it. Meanwhile Nonnie’s sister started to frantically looking for a camera. There was a clue on the back of the card and a super special present inside! Of course Nonnie made Joe the happiest man on Earth and said YES.
We had a great afternoon photograping this fun and loving couple at Longwood Gardens . The pre-storm light was amazing. Nonnie and Joe will be married next June and Jana will document all the joys of their wedding day.

A nice summer afternoon “getting to know you” shoot with Jessica and Patrick. Longwood gardens in the late afternoon, beautiful backdrop for a very special couple… Jana and I just walked around looking for the best light and precious moments….. Jessica and Patrick will be getting married at the Four Seasons next April. Congratulations on your engagement! We look for to working with you , your family and friends in Philly next spring. A walk in the park….. with Karen, Christian and their 3 (very) playful dogs. What a pleasure it was spending time in the fields of the Brandywine on a great afternoon! Jana and I will be shooting Karen and Christian’s wedding in June at The DuPont Country Club. Here are a few pics from that afternoon.

Getting to know Caitlin and Chris a few weeks ago was just the best. They decided to go to Rehoboth for their “getting to know you” shoot. Jana and I and our amazing couple spent a few hours in Rehoboth on the beach and boardwalk and then drove to Lewis to catch a great sunset. It was awesome to shoot a couple who really love having fun! Caitlin and Chris drove all the way from Ohio to do this shoot with us! WOW we were honored to spend this precious time with them. Hope you had as much fun as we did. We also walked the shops, had Kohr Bros. ice cream and Thrashers fries, yummmy! A must have when you are at the beach. Jana and I are looking forward to working with you on your wedding day. Can’t wait!!

A very nice “Get to know You” shoot with Natalie and Russ. And we cannot forget “Joey” their friendly and playful yellow Lab. We even mixed in a little wine with the shoot. Nice spring day with amazing weather! Thank you Russ and Natalie for letting us have fun too!

Getting to know Rob and Andrea through a pre-wedding shoot. Jana and I really enjoyed creating a sharing moments with such a wonderful couple! I hope you had fun. We sure did! The backdrop and location is at a local nursery and gardens. Enjoy! Andrea and Rob’s wedding reception was held at the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, DE in March.

Anna & Scott were such pleasure to work with – fun but relaxed and obviously very much in love. We explored Gibraltar gardens in Wilmington. It was great to work at a slower pace then when we photograph a wedding at that location. We are looking forward to designing awesome Save the Date cards and a sign-in album.
Anna and Scott will be married next fall in Boston and we can’t wait to document their big day.

A nice late afternoon at the beach with Chelsea and Kevin. We walked around the shops in Lewes and went over to the Cape Henlopen State Park for some sunset shots. Chelsea and Kevin will be getting married on 7.24.2010 at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club-Rehoboth, Delaware. Such a relaxed time it was, the two of them enjoying time with one another. A perfect couple for a beach wedding! Erin and my assistant were so happy to capture these special moments….

Rebecca and Eric wanted stone walls and water in their photos and decided on Hagley Museum as the location. We had so much fun; so many photo opportunities we hardly left the driveway. Eric and Rebecca will be married at the fabulous Greenville Country Club in October and we can’t wait to document their day.
