We enjoyed capturing images for Melissa and her husband and documenting life as two at the Brandywine Battlefield. We are anxiously awaiting the news that baby has arrived. And we are looking forward to capturing the precious bundle of joy.

There was a time when I had to put these two lively characters into a tree to get a photo of them together. These days we have so much fun during photo sessions. We had a cute new puppy Milo join us and he stole the show!

I have seen many fun theme and decor ideas at Mitzvahs and weddings over the years, but this one was cute and inspiring. Who doesn’t love a good James Bond movie. So the first time we met with Brent’s mom and idea came to me to incorporate the theme into our informal portraits. The entire family had so much fun acting out their roles that we laughed the entire time.

This session is a perfect blend of casual, loving family photos and more formal and serious images. I love the results and I am super excited for the party on Saturday.

Throw back to warm summer days and the beautiful sunflower field in Unionville. Who knew it would become an instant attraction :) Aidan is a total pro at his annual photo session and his little brother Liam posed pretty well himself. I love when clients schedule a session each year and I get to see the children grow. After the field we continued the session at the beautiful grounds at Rockwood Mansion .

From an enchanting engagement session at Longwood Gardens and stunning wedding at Ritz Carlton, Philadelphia and a fun maternity shoot to baby Ella. This is what DOCUMENTING LIFE is truly about. We adored this little bundle of sweetness. She was but a week old and enjoyed her firs session as much as we all did. Just look at those cheeks and lips. Verdict is that she looks like daddy when sleeping and like her mommy as soon as her eyes are open.

We can’t wait to be a part of her growing up and documenting all the little moments in the future.

We absolutely adore this fun couple. Together we created beautiful images and all the love on the Eagles field resulted in a series of wins for the birds:)! Can’t be a coincidence. Mallory works for Urban Outfitters so after the stadium their adorable pup Harley joined us for a few photos at the Navy Yard. The interiors of the building are photographer eye candy. We even played with the blur look that seems to be popping up in all the fashion adds.

How fantastic is it to be working with Mike and Jourdan and their baby boy Jackson at Hollywood Beach in Chesapeake City. This will be a “three-peat” Lehman wedding! We photographed both of Mike’s sisters’ weddings. Baby Jackson will be acting as the ceremonial best man in June at the Chesapeake Inn , so of course he came along for the fun! Growing up, Jourdan spent summers in Chesapeake City, so her heart drifted to the shore when she began to think about her dream wedding venue. I can hardly wait for their beachy chic wedding next summer. Looking forward to working with Chrissy and the team of Truly You Events .
