From the Bride:
“My wedding vision was an old-world, sophisticated, black tie affair. Everything was white, white, white with hints of gold. This was a tribute to fabulously fancy parties.

I love monograms, so I put the letter ‘H’ in many places. We had a floral ‘H’ made out of orchids hanging in front of crystal curtain. I also had custom letters made out of old books (since we were at the Philadelphia Library) that were placed on top of LED boxes encased in a clear acrylic highboy table. Also, because I was not allowed to have fireworks, confetti or flower petals, I decided to purchase large foam glowsticks that said ‘#HornerPartyof2′. These looked awesome while we were outside dancing on the rooftop.

My favorite moment was just dancing outside. We had the absolute best weather and prettiest day of summer. We even had a super moon that night while we were dancing out on the rooftop! You couldn’t beat the venue or the view that day.

Advice for future brides: It is really easy to get caught up in the little details (details that people don’t even notice sometimes) and let things that ‘go wrong’ upset you. But it is not worth it. When the day is over, and you have to continue on with life, you don’t want to look back on wedding planning as a burden. You want to have fun memories of being engaged and great memories of enjoying your family and friends. Do not overanalyze. The key to a fun, successful wedding is a happy bride, great food, an open bar and awesome music. That’s it. People will forget your flowers, people will forget to sign your custom sign-in book, but people will always remember the fun they had.”
