Luciana in her school parade.
Enjoy your day and weekend as much as we are.
These two sisters had so much fun on their photo session at the Enchanted Woods. It is not too late to schedule a family shoot while the fall colors last!
The Couple: Jovany and Joanna Blasini
Getting Ready: Wingate Inn, Voorhees, NJ
The Ceremony: St. Joan of Arc-Marlton, NJ
The Reception: Venetian Room, Lucians’s Manor, Berlin, NJ (bride and friends decorated themselves, very nice!)
What I remember most about the couple: They trusted us so much, they knew they were in good hands. That trust enabled us to do our very best and played a big part in Jovany and Joanna having a great day and knowing the photographs were going to be just what they hoped for. Family and friends treated us like we were family! It was a real pleasure spending the entire day with everyone. And… It was also a special day for lots of Philly fans-the Phillies had won the National League Title as the party was entering the reception. I also want to thank Vince for this cherished referral he was one of Jovany’s best man. We did Vince and Allison’s wedding in October of 2005. The ring Bearer, Vince’s little boy “little vince” was great! Jovany and Joanna you are an amazing couple! I wish you all the love and happiness in the world!
The Honeymoon: They will be vacationing in Aruba! Have fun, relax and enjoy!
The Couple: Jenna and Ryan Muno
Getting Ready: Brides Parents house in Cape May, NJ
The Dress: Carolina Herrera (from a small Boutique in Manhattan)
One Word that Describes the Bridal Party: FUN
The Ceremony: St. Agnes Church, Cape May Point( A small quaint wooden church)
Location for Photos: Beach and around Cape May
The Reception: Congress Hall-Cape May, NJ
The Honeymoon: Maladives Dubai
What I remember Most about the Day: Just how relaxed EVERYONE was and how they knew to have a good time! We did the same and had a great day with Jenna and Ryan! It was a windy day with dramatic pre storm skies, the weather held off for us to get some really nice shots of Jenna and Ryan on the Beach. There was great dancing to the sounds of Jellyroll in the Beautiful ballroom at Historic Congress Hall in Cape May, NJ. Jenna and Ryan, have a great time in Dubai!
Just a fun shot of my wife and I in front of some old metal garage door. We had a great time visiting the PhotoPlusExpo, lots of new photo products that we looked over and several close friends we meet up with. We feel it is always important to keep current and to stay on top of our game, the Expo being just one of several events we attend throughout the year.
Happy Together!
My wife on the streets of NY, another really cool Background, I love NY!
It seems like there is a baby boom! This Winter/Spring there are going to be a lot of new mkPhoto kids! We have been doing a ton of belly shoots lately, so keep checking back for us to post them over the next few weeks.
When Amy told us she was pregnant in August we were so excited to hear early on! Since this is her first, Amy wanted to document her experience of starting a family. Most of the time we find out right before a baby is born, but with Amy, she’ll be visiting us a few times before February so we can watch her belly (and “the bean”) get bigger!
Enjoy the first pictures and follow along with us in her journey!
Jana and I snapped a few infrared shots after and engagement shoot at Winterthur. Look at the clouds and how dramatic the scene is with the magic of infrared! This is not a photoshop action, nothing was done in post with the exception of some level/contrast adjustments.
Mike and Danielle’s wedding was an absolute pleasure to photograph. Everyone was having so much fun all day. We started at Danielle’s home with getting ready photos. Mike hid cards and presents all around the house and guided Danielle on a walkie talkie to find them. It had to be one of the most romantic wedding day ideas I have ever seen.
The ceremony was held at St. Michael’s Church in Minotola, NJ. The couple exited the church and took a carriage ride for a few alone moments. We took all photos in the little park next to the church, the light was beautiful and we all agreed that the change of plans for a portrait location was a good idea.
The reception was held at Merighi’s Savoy Inn in Vineland. It included the greatest bridal party dance, a change of attire for the grooms men – from tuxes to shirts and board shorts, and the bride’s favorite chicken dance.
It was a pleasure working with you and your friends and family. I hope that you are enjoying Maui. Congratulations!
Jana & Kim
The Couple: Robin and Scott McCann
The first look: Along a beautiful tree lined path at Winterthur
Where they were married: Winterthur County Estate , Winterthur, DE
The ceremony: In the magnificent and natural garden setting located next to the reflecting pool at Winterthur
Party Time: Winterthur Visitors Center
What I remember most about Robin and Scott: They way they look at each other and how they care about each other. It was so easy to follow them around Winterthur, stopping and getting great romantic shots of them being together, laughing, kissing and just having fun on their wedding day. The weather was just perfect! It was a great decision that they made to see each other before the ceremony. We had so much time to be creative and it also gave us the opportunity to take advantage of the great estate and the stunning gardens at Winterthur. Best wishes to the both of you! And a special thanks to the families for making us feel like we were a part of your family on the wedding day.
Joan and Nicole Thank You!! It is always a pleasure working with you at Winterthur!
It was so nice to spend time with my son this past weekend. We took a trip up to vermont after my wedding on Friday. It was just a dad and son trip, picture taking hiking and enjoying the amazing fall foliage. I will be posting some photos in the next couple of days. I have included some pics of Ryan, he is really taking to photography, I am so proud of him!
Ryan on the trail to a really cool waterfall!
We stopped for some food, no shortgage of backgrounds here…
just a sneak peak, can’t wait to show you more of Ryan’s photos.
