5.17.08 Rachel and Sean
Rachel you looked amazing on your wedding day! A genuine smile on Rachel’s face ALL day and an overall feeling that she LOVED her wedding day! This was a beach wedding dream, come true! The beautiful blue sky, amazing white clouds and the perfect temperature! We had lots of wind but that just made the dress and veil blow around, making the photos look that much better. Oh, and did I mention this is a couple that just loves each other and loves to be together. So apparent on their wedding day. I am so happy for them. The Bridesmaids the groomsmen also lots of fun to work with. Sean and his guys were met by Photographer Jeff Reeder at their beach house in Stone Harbor. I traveled to the brides beach house in Avalon and met up with Rachel and all the girls. The colors of the girls dresses were just perfect for a beach style wedding. A very nice soft blue and sea-foam green. Rachel’s dress was so light weight and flowing. Not a typical wedding dress at all but absolutely perfect for a barefoot walk on the beach. They traveled to at St Paul’s Roman Catholic Church in Stone Harbor in a classic bright red trolley and following the ceremony to the reception at The Avalon Yacht Club, Avalon, NJ. I remember how spectacular the light was on the dance floor during their first dance. A beam of light shinning through a round window from the second floor wall! WOW! From inside the reception we could see a perfect sunset forming. I want to specially thank Samantha Diedrick the owner of Secretariat for her help and for keeping everything on schedule. She organized the rehearsal dinner on Friday that I hear it was a very festive event under a tent! We went outside to the waters edge and Rachel & Sean got right up on the bulkhead ready for a sunset picture they requested. Great Day! Great families! Great Times!
