The two of you are REALLY made for one another. It was an honor to be able be a part of your special day. Two Paper Dolls designed and created all the stationary for Ashlee Reed & Tim Hidell’s Wedding
Wednesday, February 20th, 2008WOW! What an amazing set of stationary that Vanessa and Amanda from Two Paper Doll’s created and designed for Ashlee and Tim’s wedding. There were so many pieces that all were carefully coordinated and that looked SO good together! Their work leaves an impression on you and the impact of their work is so strong! They are truely are one of the most original and quality conscious paper companies I have worked with. They are a true paper boutique! They also designed and printed our new heavy weight press printed business cards. Great Job! We were very fortunate to have been a part of Ashlee and Tim’s day. Their wedding took place this past fall at the scenic Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Rehoboth Beath, DE. It was just a perfect day. Mark from the Queen of Hearts was the event planner.
And a special thank you Vanessa and Amanda for choosing the stationary from Ashlee and Tim’s Wedding to be featured in your new full page ad in Philadelphia Wedding Magazine, Spring /Summer 2008. We are happy we could help.

mk photography preferred vendor at The Hotel Du Pont
Wednesday, February 20th, 2008
Did you know we are a preferred vendor at the Prestigious Hotel DuPont, Wilmington, DE? “We love working at the Hotel DuPont, The Gold Ballroom is magnificient!, and you will never run out of dance floor. The entire floor is wall to wall maple hardwood. Mark and his professional staff know just how to create a perfect wedding atmosphere, the amazing food and the hotel service is top notch. A classy venue not to be overlooked!” I have photographed several weddings and events and it is always a pleasure working here. As a matter of fact my wife Petula and I were married here in the fall of 2000. Her father had worked in the catering department for almost 20 years! He had passed prior to the wedding, so it was very symbolic and special to have the Hotel host our wedding.” And on another note were so excited when the hotel asked us to provide photos for their recent ad campaign. The ad pictured is from Philadelphia Weddings Magazine, Spring/Summer 2008.

Studio Guest Book
Tuesday, February 12th, 2008This is what clients and colleagues have to say about our new studio!
Thomas Foxe - This is a really good site about photography and taking pictures. I think you site is something that both new and seasoned photographers can look at and finally realize they are not the center of the universe. Really good job I will be passing this along to my students in my digital photography class for the next few months.
mk photography party- Food, fun, music, drink and lots more!
Tuesday, February 12th, 2008Baked Crab Artichoke dip from “Buckley’s Tavern” in Centerville, DE and a beautiful sushi spread from “Okura” in Hockessin, DE were just a few of the local samplings that our party guests enjoyed Monday evening. Maria my mother-in-law supplied fresh homemade cole slaw, potato salad and her famous rice and bread pudding. umm,umm good! She is the proud owner of “The Original Newport Restaurant” in Newport, DE. Mike whipped up his special recipe; guacamole dip with organic blue and white corn chips. Organic spring mix salad with several toppings: glazed walnuts, Greek Gorgonzola cheese, fresh sliced apples/pears and herb multi grain croutons along with mike’s Dijon Balsalmic vinegarette were a perfect match. The meat and veggie wraps, shrimp, fruit, veggie assortments and homemade italian cookies were from Janzen’s located in Greenville, DE. There was also a variety of imported cheeses and fresh warm french bread from Panera’s. There were several special martini’s available with really cool names, ” The honeymoon” and “The Flirt” to just to name a few. Tables, linens and glassware were provided by “Events Unlimited” in Wilmington, DE. Angelique created some really interesting playlists on her ipod and her music filled the studio with energy, creating the mood. What a night it was!
